Daisuke & Japan Versus Team USA Tonight

Hello on this Sunday morning. I hope your Saturday was great. In addition to the bevy of NCAA basketball games, both men and women, Japan will take on Team USA in the semifinals of the World Baseball Classic from Los Angeles. The game will be televised at 8pm EDT on ESPN and ESPN HD. The pitcher for Japan? None other than Daisuke Matsuzaka, and he'll be trying to advance his country's team to the finals. Yes, this is a big game for both countries. HUGE. I'm sure Youk and Pedey will be watching, too. I will.

In Red Sox spring training results, Boston managed to beat the Florida Marlins by a score of 4-3 in a rain-soaked event. The Sox only had one starting player in their lineup...Jason Bay. And so it goes in Florida, the Sunshine State. Oh, Kevin Youkilis is pleased with his ankle/achilles progress. He'll be in the starting lineup on Monday for two at bats. Now that's what I call a protective boot!

Have a terrific Sunday, enjoy the basketball games (the #1 UCONN women play at 12 noon against totally overmatched Vermont on ESPN 2 and ESPN 2 HD) and if you can catch some of the baseball game tonight on ESPN and ESPN HD (WBC-Japan vs. USA), you'll enjoy it! Guaranteed. Click on the title of this post for more on the Red Sox and as always, BE WELL, be safe, be happy. Forever.
