Nadia's New Blog
My girlfriend Nadia just five minutes ago started her own blog. Simply click on this post's title or go to http://delicaciesbynads.blogspot.com/ to see her first post. I've tried her breakfasts...they're as great as they sound.
GOOD LUCK, NADIA!

Everybody needs an egg a day. Maybe two. Mazel tov on Nadya's new blog. Now for the serious stuff.
Remember back when I called TF and TE idiots? Was I right? You betcha I was. They have bled us dry with stupidity. We are cadavers with their ignorance of the fact that a team must score runs to win a game. Defense doesn't score runs. Pitching doesn't score runs. So, TF, the idiot manager, carries as many as 14 pitchers on a roster of 25. And has to use Buckholtz to pinch run. And we watch him fail to score from 2nd on a long hit, flop around home plate when he finally gets there, and nearly kill himself. We watch a .295 rookie get sent down and we trade for a .220 "experienced" outfielder who immediately begins striking out and stopping dead in the outfield on a very catchable fly ball. We watch sure-handed Alex Gonzalez return, he with the reduced range and the .200 batting average. With Ortiz and Varitek under .220, Drew under .240 and "sore", and Kotchman scorching the rawhide at a .195 average, we have swiftly slipped out of contention. For everything except the Golden Award for most millions of dollars wasted on no good ball players...some of whom are still being paid by Mr. Henry while they play for other teams. Deo gratias for Vic Martinez.
I haven't been this shaken since Dave Egan left Ted entirely off his MVP ballot and that big-nosed Yankee won the award. Despicable.
Nads thanks you. Now on to the serious stuff. The Buchholz pinch running incident was downright embarrassing. Things can only get better.
You're talking about Joe D...wow.
Great to hear from you. Stay well.
