A Wall Of Rain At Fenway Park..Mike Lowell Day Today

The Friday night game between the Yankees and the Red Sox was postponed because of rain...a ton of it. I know. We had the same copious amount of the wet stuff here in north central Connecticut. There was absolutely no way for the two teams to get a game in, much less a single pitch, and they will play two today. Here are the details...Game 1: Andy Pettitte vs. Tim Wakefield, 4:10 p.m., FOX. Game 2: A.J. Burnett vs. Daisuke Matsuzaka, 9:05 p.m. Enjoy them if you can. The sun should show it's shiny face by the time game 1 begins. The Fenway Faithful will stand as one and honor Mike Lowell, who will be playing the last three games of his career. We'll miss you, Mikey. Terribly.
